Institute of Technology Carlow

"Mind-blowing", "Incredible" and "Phenomenal", just a few of the words used by Institute of Technology Carlow students who attended Neurocoach Paddy Moran's recent workshop on Building a Resilient Brain and Mind. As one of the workshop organisers, in conjunction with the IT Carlow Students' Union VP for Welfare and Equality, Alex Porter, I was initially struck by the huge uptake by students who seemed drawn to the workshop content and the gender balance of those who attended. Paddy is very relatable and knows his subject area. I was very impressed with the level of engagement by students in the workshop as evidenced by the fact that the Q&A on individual specific questions lasted almost 2 hours after the workshop ended. Paddy also provided very helpful content to be distributed to workshop participants.
